Treadmills Ireland

I'm almost 14. I want to go from 155 pounds to somewhere in the range of 135 and 140. I'm 5' 8". I have a trip planned, 10 days in Ireland, starting July 20th. Can I lose 15 to 20 pounds by the trip, which is in exactly one month, or is that just stupid? Measurements: Bust 36" Waist 30" Hips 37" I'mportant Details: – I have muscle. Not tons, but enough to make SOME difference. – I'm a vegetarian. – I'm getting out of school this week, and I want to train over summer break to make my high school's field hockey team. Tryouts are August 8th, and I want to be 135 by then. I KNOW that's achievable. . Right? – No crazy diets. I'm 13 going on 14, guys, not 23 going on 24. – I don't know if my parents would approve of me buying $1,300 treadmills and stuff. . I have an exercise ball, and that's it. My dad disapproves of gyms, too. ):. From what I can tell… Start walking/running an hour a day 3 days a week and work up to 5 days a week.
